Master Builders/pindan CHARITY HOME
Towards the end of 2014, Master Builders put a call out to its members seeking builders, suppliers and contractors who were interested in partnering with Master Builders to build a home where proceeds would go to benefit a charity.
Pindan was the successful member, and it nominated its subsidiary, Switch Homes, to complete the build. The project, located in the Pindan Rivers Edge Estate in Guildford, is on schedule for completion at the end of 2015.
With Pindan’s successful bid, it had the opportunity to nominate the charity, and one that is very close to its heart – Parkerville Children and Youth Care.
Parkerville Children and Youth Care have cared for Western Australia’s most vulnerable children since 1903. Over time it has evolved into a specialist provider of services for children, young people and families who have suffered trauma from abuse. Parkerville are recognised as a leader in its field.
The net sales/proceeds from the sale of the charity home will go to assist Parkerville Children and Youth Care.
