Public Comments Wanted
Members are reminded Department of Planning has released updated draft Development Control Policies (DCP) for public comment. The DCPs relate to the general principles for subdivision of land and development control as well as general road planning, regional road access and special residential zones. The draft policies are available at Planning WA. Written submissions can be made by email or by post. Planning reform is a high priority for Master Builders. It’s a great opportunity to have your say.
