WHY ATTEND?
This unit of competency supports the needs of site supervisors and builders with a responsibility for supervising tilt-up work on site. It complies with the National Code of Practice for Precast, Tilt-up and Concrete Elements in Building Construction Identify tilt-up construction and risk management processes.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- CPCCCM1016A Identify the requirements for safe tilt-up work
- Have a good understanding of written and spoken English
- Have a completed white card training
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- Provide effective administration
- Plan and set up site
- Organise and coordinate tilt-up work
- Confirm tilt-up stabilisation
Practical component for this course is not done on site, but a comprehensive written workplace evidence report (Third Party Report) is to be submitted to your trainer within 20 working days from the day course is attended. (You will be provided with a blank report prior to training).
This course is delivered by Master Builders WA nominated training providers. Details of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will be provided upon the initial enquiry and confirmation.
A Statement of Attainment will be awarded by the nominated RTO upon successful completion of course assessment requirements.
