ABCC meeting
A cross-section of commercial builder members met with ABCC Commissioner, Steve McBurney in Perth last week. The ABCC has been very successful in prosecuting unions and some of their officials for right of entry and picketing breaches, with higher penalties now applicable. Suicides rise
Telethon has allocated much-needed funds for research into youth suicide. Suicide accounts for 44 per cent of deaths in people aged 13 to 17 and 33 per cent of deaths in people 17 to 25.
