MyLeave levy falls
The contribution levy to the construction industry long service leave scheme MyLeave will reduce from 1.2 per cent to 1.1 per cent of ordinary pay from 1 January. Employers registered in MyLeave will be notified by the scheme soon.

The McGowan Government wants to reform the Local Government Act to make local governments “agile, smart and inclusive”. Fair Work Commission figures show about 14,000 unfair dismissal cases and 5000 general protections cases were seen in the past year.
