First Aid for Mental Health
WHY ATTEND?
Learn how to recognise the signs of mental health issues in others and yourself.
The St John First Aid for Mental Health course equips students with the skills to be able to support themselves and others during challenging times. The course covers stress, depression, anxiety, and suicide, so that students leave with a better understanding on mental health and what they can do to help.
