With the situation rapidly changing, MBAIS remains operational on location around the country and stands ready to respond to our client’s numerous questions. MBAIS is currently operating business as usual in managing your insurance needs, however we anticipate there will be periods where staff may work remotely. In this case there may be some minor delays with MBAIS and many of the insurers adjusting to a remote workforce, however we are working closely with our staff and stakeholders to ensure service continues as seamlessly as possible.
